* Experienced as an infrastructure engineer
 * Strong knowledge of Linux OS, Windows Server OS, and virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
 * Good understanding of networking, routing, and switching fundamentals (Cisco)
 * Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex IT concepts
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
 * Desirable:
 * Certifications (CCNA, RHCA, MCSE, VCP-DCV)
 * Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
 * Practical scripting or automation skills (Powershell, Python, Bash)
 * Familiarity with containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman)
 * Experience administering enterprise systems (Atlassian, GitHub, M365)
 * Understanding of Information Security and Compliance (ISO27001, Cyber Essentials)
