## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer & Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics , covering both development and administration activities. The candidate should also have working experience in Tableau/Alteryx/both , including development, administration, production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting., * Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics .

 * Strong experience in Cognos Development and Administration .
 * Cognos report development and troubleshooting.
 * Framework Manager/metadata modelling knowledge., * Experience supporting multiple BI/reporting platforms.
 * Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
 * Database experience such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar enterprise databases.
 * Understanding of ETL/Data Warehouse concepts.
 * Scripting or automation knowledge using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or similar technologies.
 * Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
 * Experience working in enterprise production-support environments. Functional / Behavioural Skills
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to independently investigate complex production issues.
 * Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to work with development, infrastructure, database, networking, and business teams.
 * Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities simultaneously.
 * Willingness to participate in production-support and critical-incident activities when required.
