## About the Role

* Enterprise infrastructure architecture experience across distributed and hybrid environments
 * Experience with virtualisation and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI)
 * Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Azure Local or similar platforms
 * Experience with Kubernetes, containers and associated infrastructure
 * Knowledge of compute, storage, backup, disaster recovery and high availability
 * Experience defining reusable reference architectures and technical standards
 * Experience with workload placement across Edge, data centre and cloud environments
 * Experience producing HLDs, architecture decisions and technical design documentation
 * Experience working across infrastructure, networking, security and operational teams
 * Manufacturing IT/OT experience, Dell NativeEdge or GPU-enabled Edge platforms are advantageous
 * A CV demonstrating distributed infrastructure and platform architecture experience

## Description

* Design and standardise distributed hosting platforms across a global manufacturing environment
 * Establish repeatable Edge Hosting solutions supporting virtual machines, containers, legacy applications and data/AI workloads across multiple factory locations
 * Produce HLDs, architecture decisions and technical design documentation
 * Work across infrastructure, networking, security and operational teams
