 * Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter is required

## Description

* Development: Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using Dart and Flutter
 * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ship new high-impact features
 * Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions, drive technical discussions, and ensure long-term code maintainability
 * Innovation: Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes to improve developer productivity and product quality
 * Leadership (for Staff/Principal levels): Drive technical alignment across all app teams and act as a primary technical lead reporting to the Director of Engineering
