## About the Role

* Strong, hands-on core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and relational database/SQL experience
 * FIS systems experience - this is key for the team
 * Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with business stakeholders across varying levels of seniority

 * Engaging directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, then documenting and communicating decisions clearly
 * Supporting reference data and operations-focused systems, with useful crossover into settlements
