## About the Role

* Strong experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions, with excellent Python development skills.
 * Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technical colleagues and supporting the development of high-performing teams.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets to solve business challenges.
 * Experience within insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment would be beneficial, as would exposure to cloud platforms (AWS), MLOps, GenAI technologies, or equivalent relevant experience.
