## About the Role

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Strong expertise in at least one domain (frontend, backend, or mobile), with the willingness to work across multiple areas

 * Strong product mindset, with a clear focus on delivery, execution, and business value
 * Excellent coding skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
 * Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
 * Experience with ReactJS frameworks and Node.js backends
 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
 * Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
 * Experience integrating with REST APIs and cloud services
 * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or OpenShift
 * Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
 * Fluent in English

## Description

As a Frontend Software Engineer at Cognizant, you will work on modern digital products across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms. You will be part of a collaborative engineering team, contributing not only through code but also through technical decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions across frontend, backend, and mobile projects
 * Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to automated testing
 * Participate in and influence technical and architectural decisions within the engineering team
 * Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners
 * Stay up to date with technology trends and actively participate in IT events such as hackathons, conferences, forums, and meetups
 * Work in a hybrid setup in the Amsterdam office
