 * Technische Beratung und fachliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Servicethemen einschließlich Change Request Management, Fehleranalyse und Systemoptimierung.
 * Proaktive Identifikation der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen - von der Prozessanalyse und -gestaltung bis hin zur Implementierung und Support.
 * Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anpassungen basierend auf Best Practices.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams, Übernahme von Mentoring-Funktionen für jüngere Kollegen und Abstimmung mit Projektmanagern und Entwicklern., * Mitarbeit in einem spezialisierten und etablierten Beratungsunternehmen mit langfristiger Perspektive
