Snel in staat complexe OT-omgevingen te doorgronden * Pragmatisch, hands-on en risicobewust. Je begrijpt dat elke wijziging impact kan hebben op productie * Flexibel, stressbestendig en een echte teamspeler * Eigenaarschap tonen over jouw domein en de OT-standaarden die je ontwikkelt * Ervaring met of bekendheid met werken conform IEC 62443 en NIS2-richtlijnen * In staat om security-eisen te vertalen naar praktische OT-standaarden en technische maatregelen * Sterk in stakeholdermanagement: van OT-engineers tot productie-management * Certificeringen op het gebied van Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE/Windows Server), VMware VCP, OT-security, netwerkbeheer of industriële automatisering zijn een pré. ## Description Binnen onze wereldwijde OT-organisatie zoeken we een Senior Datacenter & Workplace Engineer die een voortrekkersrol neemt in het ontwerpen, standaardiseren en doorontwikkelen van onze OT-infrastructuur. Jij bent de technische autoriteit op het gebied van datacenter-componenten, Windows-serveromgevingen, OT-workplaces en Identity & Access Management binnen productieomgevingen. In deze rol combineer je architectuur, standaardisatie en technisch leiderschap met een pragmatische hands-on mentaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met het global OT-team, lokale OT-teams op onze brouwerijen en externe partners.
