## About the Role

* 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
 * 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
 * Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
 * Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
 * Strong understanding of:

o Load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing

o API and middleware performance testing

o Batch, mediation, analytics, and asynchronous processing validation

Preferred / Additional Skills

 * Experience with SAP environments (SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, ECC).
 * Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
 * Experience with SAP Datasphere
 * Experience testing CRM SAP bi-directional integrations
 * Experience testing CRM-to-ERP integrations.
 * Experience with tolling, transportation, or public-sector systems.
 * Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure performance testing.

Certifications / Education

 * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
