This position provides technical leadership for complex infrastructure challenges, ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and secure.
The engineer works closely with development teams to implement cloud-native architectures and optimize system performance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and implement Kubernetes-based infrastructure + Lead network architecture and security implementations + Optimize system performance and resource utilization + Implement advanced monitoring and observability solutions + Design disaster recovery and high availability solutions + Lead Infrastructure as Code implementations + Troubleshoot complex system and network issues + Mentor junior engineers + Support security assessments and RMF activities + Lead infrastructure-related technical discussions **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 10 years of system/network engineering experience + Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field (or equivalent substitution) + Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies + Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, and security + Experience designing multi-cloud
infrastructure solutions + Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) + Strong knowledge of Linux system administration + Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) + Understanding of DoD security requirements and RMF + Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph + Must be U.S. citizen Salary & Benefits The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
