## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines ERP-Teams, inkl. Personalentwicklung, Zielsetzung und Performance-Steuerung
 * Strategische Steuerung der Einführung, Integration und Optimierung komplexer ERP- und IT-Lösungen (SAP oder Microsoft Dynamics) zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
 * Analyse und Neugestaltung kritischer Geschäftsprozesse mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Effizienz und digitale Transformation
 * End-to-End-Verantwortung für IT-Großprojekte: Anforderungsaufnahme, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung, Implementierung, Qualitätssicherung und Erfolgsmessung
 * Sicherstellung reibungsloser Schnittstellen zwischen Fachabteilungen, IT, externen Partnern und Geschäftsführung (C-Level)
 * Fokus auf Erfahrung bei ERP-Einführungen; sowohl Corporate IT- als auch Beraterprofile willkommen
