## Description

You'll act as the senior technical point for IT issues, taking ownership of more complex incidents and working across Microsoft technologies, servers, networking, security and cloud services.

This is a hands-on technical role where you'll need to investigate root causes, resolve challenging problems and ensure systems remain reliable and secure. You'll also contribute to infrastructure maintenance and the introduction of new technologies.

The role includes:

 * Providing 3rd line technical support, investigating and resolving complex incidents across the business.
 * Troubleshooting advanced hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
 * Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange.
 * Managing user accounts, permissions, mail and group policies within a hybrid Microsoft environment.
 * Supporting physical and virtual servers, storage, networking and cloud services.
 * Working with technologies including Hyper-V, QNAP, NAKIVO and Wasabi.
 * Maintaining VOIP telephony through 3CX and mobile device management through Knox MDM.
 * Managing system updates, patching, backups, upgrades and infrastructure deployments.
 * Monitoring network and system security, including firewalls, antivirus and endpoint protection.
 * Investigating security alerts and resolving technical incidents.
 * Maintaining IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
