## About the Role

* First-class degree in computer science, electronics, physics, mathematics, or mechatronic engineering from a Russell Group university, supported by A*/A grades at A-level in mathematics and physics.
 * Interest in technology, including AI and robotics, demonstrated through hobby projects or other extracurricular activities.
 * Project experience, ideally in industry, addressing technical problems with other stakeholders, with evidence of good communication skills.
 * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise projects.
 * Experience with cloud or Linux computer networking and monitoring, ideally AWS and Prometheus.
 * A driving licence and ability to travel to client sites when required.
 * Eligibility for security clearance.
 * Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

## Description

* Provide remote and on-site customer support for defence applied technology products.
 * Help deploy products at customer sites.
 * Manage infrastructure and monitor performance.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues.
