## Description

Product Support

 * Manage customer incidents and support requests
 * Troubleshoot issues
 * Escalate defects
 * Produce release notes and customer communications
 * Maintain support documentation

Product ownership & architecture

 * Own the technical architecture of our cloud platform
 * Design scalable, resilient and secure systems in Azure
 * Improve application structure, performance and reliability
 * Lead architectural decisions for new products and modules
 * Support API design, integrations and data flows

Cloud, DevOps & infrastructure

 * Design, build and maintain Azure infrastructure
 * Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes
 * Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation
 * Improve monitoring, logging, alerting and observability
 * Own backup, disaster recovery and availability strategy

Security & governance

 * Own the platform security posture
 * Maintain ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials technical controls
 * Implement secure development best practice (OWASP, IAM, encryption, secrets management)
 * Support vulnerability management, patching and audits

Engineering excellence

 * Introduce and enforce coding standards and best practices
 * Lead code reviews and architectural reviews
 * Improve testing, QA and release confidence
 * Improve documentation and system visibility
 * Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

Leadership & growth

 * Act as technical lead on new projects
 * Mentor and support other engineers
 * Shape technical roadmaps aligned to business goals
 * Support client-facing technical discussions when needed
