Your role as Director Transformation & Execution As Director Transformation & Execution, you are responsible for making Highberg future-ready by designing and embedding scalable ways of working across the organisation. You translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, projects, and programmes that are adopted in daily operations across the Highberg Units. You operate through a small central transformation team and a strong cross-organisational network, creating shared ownership while safeguarding focus, pace, and impact.
