## About the Role

## Description

* Support für Anwender am Hauptstandort sowie für internationale Teams (auf Deutsch und Englisch).
 * Administration und Betreuung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
 * Verwaltung von Benutzern, Gruppen, Berechtigungen und Lizenzkontingenten.
 * Geräteverwaltung (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) via Microsoft Intune und Apple Business Manager.
 * Mitwirkung beim On-/Offboarding, der Hardware-Bereitstellung sowie bei der Softwareverteilung.
 * Remote-Support für globale Standorte und Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen IT-Ansprechpartnern vor Ort.
 * Mitarbeit an internationalen IT-Rollouts, Prozessstandardisierungen und der IT-Dokumentation.
