## About the Role

* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
 * 4+ years in strategy or management consulting, ideally with a top-tier or internal consulting firm, covering business transformation strategy development and rollouts or M&A transactions and due diligences
 * Solid knowledge of AI and generative AI (GenAI) frameworks, daily use of AI tools in your own work and the ability to support clients on AI adoption for business transformation
 * Experience in being part of large-scale projects or program management offices
 * Hands-on experience in strategy development, business planning, target operating model design or business process improvement, with a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking and problem solving
 * Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
 * Confidence in working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
 * Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including complex functions and modeling
 * Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

 * MBA or comparable postgraduate degree
 * Experience in corporate transformation programs
 * Experience in highly complex, international environments
 * Certifications in process improvement or program management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, agile frameworks)
 * Additional languages, in particular German, Spanish, Italian and French

## Description

* Deliver modules of complex strategic and transformation projects that reshape how Allianz operates, from strategic rationale, business case and financial modeling (including for potential acquisitions) to new operating models, taking responsibility for the quality of your deliverables and for reaching project milestones
 * Run the day-to-day project governance, including steering committee preparation, delivery and impact reporting, risk and dependency tracking, project timelines and communications, and board presentations for senior management
 * Work closely with client teams, build trusted working relationships with your counterparts and guide consultants and analysts on your module
 * Keep the Engagement Manager and workstream lead informed on progress, risks and dependencies, and proactively flag issues with proposed solutions before they escalate
 * Analyze business needs through external benchmarking, selected due diligence and research on industry trends and market conditions, identify improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain and their top-down impact, and translate them into solutions that enhance business processes, operating models and digital capabilities
 * Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, developing solution concepts and supporting materials
 * Share knowledge and help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development, including through internal projects and team events
 * Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong client partnerships throughout the project lifecycle
