## About the Role

Experience: 1 2 Years
Role Level: Tier 1 / Tier 2 Support
Key Skills Required: SharePoint Online administration (sites, libraries, permissions)
Basic exposure to SharePoint On-Prem (2016/2019 preferred)
Microsoft Teams administration (teams, channels, meetings, access)
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user and group management
OneDrive for Business troubleshooting (sync issues, access)
Basic PowerShell (running scripts, simple commands)

## Description

* Support users with SharePoint and Teams access issues
 * Assist with site creation, permissions management, and governance
 * Troubleshoot OneDrive sync and document management issues
 * Provision Teams, channels, and manage memberships
 * Run PowerShell scripts for health checks and basic automation
 * Maintain documentation and assist senior admins with escalations

Nice to Have: Exposure to Power Automate
Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900 / MS-700 / PL-900)
