 * Strong React/JavaScript/TypeScript experience
 * HANDS ON back-end experience with Java/Spring Boot and APIs
 * Microservices architecture experience
 * Database experience with SQL or MongoDB (no preference, ideally both)

 * Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
 * Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
 * Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
 * Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
 * Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture using GraphQL and REST.
 * Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Develop and optimize backend services leveraging Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.
 * Design and manage data solutions utilizing MongoDB, SQL Server, or other relational databases. Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into applications to improve productivity, automation, and business outcomes
