## About the Role

* 10+ years in professional services or similar, implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions
 * Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI (e.g., Claude) to build customer solutions
 * Expert-level knowledge in implementing:
 + ASC 740 tax provision processes
 + ONESOURCE Tax Provision (or ONESOURCE Income Tax), Workpapers, and Data Import
 + ONESOURCE DataFlow
 + ONESOURCE APIs
 + Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME (or similar) for ONESOURCE and tax-centric automations
 + Power BI or similar API-enabled dashboards
 + Advanced Excel-based tax workbooks (Power Query, OData connections, dynamic arrays, Data Validation, etc.)
 * Bachelor's degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
 * Excellent communication skills, * ONESOURCE Data Hub or General Ledger Manager
 * ONESOURCE Data Query
 * ONESOURCE Income Tax and State Apportionment

## Description

* This is an individual contributor role, not a team lead position.
 * Candidates should bring deep ONESOURCE Direct Tax expertise from day one. This is not a learn-as-you-go role.
 * We want someone who builds. You work directly with AI, Power Automate, and other next-gen tools yourself., * Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects
 * Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery
 * Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews, present recommendations, and scope remediation
 * Build quick proofs-of-concept that show customers the future state
 * Use AI to develop repeatable tools, processes, and practices that improve efficiency and profitability
 * Drive expansion opportunities
 * Work on multiple projects concurrently
 * Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients
 * Share best practices and informally mentor colleagues
