## About the Role

* 5-7+ years of relevant IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in master data management.
 * Strong, recent hands-on experience implementing IBM InfoSphere MDM, preferably Standard Edition.
 * Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM configuration, customization, implementation, and integration.
 * Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data models, matching and merging, data quality, and data governance.
 * Proficiency in Core Java, Python, and shell scripting.
 * Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, joins, DML, and DDL.
 * Experience working with DB2, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
 * Experience with MDM services, APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration.
 * Working knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
 * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and production-support skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard Edition implementations.
 * Experience integrating MDM solutions with enterprise applications and heterogeneous data sources.
 * Familiarity with data migration, data reconciliation, and master data synchronization.
 * Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
 * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern integration architectures.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer to design, configure, customize, implement, and support enterprise master data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM, preferably Standard Edition, along with expertise in Java, SQL, database technologies, data integration, and production support.

The candidate will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance across enterprise systems.

Recent hands-on experience implementing IBM InfoSphere MDM is mandatory.
