## About the Role

Payrate $30- $35/hour on W2 (All Inclusive) for 3-5 years of experience

$40- $42.00/hr for Supervising/ Lead Technician 5+years experience, If you're a highly skilled technician who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and delivering excellence in high stakes environments like data centers, enterprises, and advanced facilities-this is where your experience becomes impact.
Position Details

 * 3-5 years of telecom/structured cabling experience (data center experience a strong plus).
 * Install, test, service, and decommission structured cabling systems including fiber optics, copper, communications, and other low voltage systems.
 * Build and remove cabinets, racks, cable trays, pathways, and related data center infrastructure.
 * Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
 * OSHA10 preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
 * First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days.
 * FOA certifications, BICSI cabling certifications, or similar credentials preferred
