## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Level 2 self-starter that has a passion for delivering a great customer experience., * 3+ Years experience on Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk tickets

 * 3+ Years experience in User Account Management
 * 2-3 Years experience with M365
 * Have experience in imaging pc's, desktops, macs, and laptops
 * Some experience on minor Laptop repairs is a plus

 * Including replacing broken screens, keyboards

Experience with Service Now (or other similar tool) a big-plus

Having experience with Group Policy is a plus

Passionate about delivering a great custom support experience

Able to successfully Mult-task and Prioritize work

Be able to work occasional night hours and infrequent weekend hours
