Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks **Design Engineers** to serve as **Structural and Payload Design Engineers** for our team in El Segundo, CA. **Position Responsibilities** : + Develop, maintain, interpret, and modify basic **structural and payload system** , or Mechanical Ground Support Equipment ( **MGSE** ) component designs using **3-D CAD** tools (such as Creo Parametric) or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle. + Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ( **GD&T** - ASME Y14.5M) standards. + Validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. + Manage supplier development and test and production activities.
