## Description

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for leading functional Oracle Projects activities across the delivery lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and post-production stabilization.

 * Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Projects capabilities, including project setup, costing, billing, capitalization, and project controls.
 * Facilitate discovery workshops to document current-state and future-state processes, translate business needs into functional requirements, and recommend scalable solutions.
 * Partner with business, finance, data, and technical teams to define integrations, conversion activities, reporting needs, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
 * Lead conference room pilots, user acceptance testing, defect triage, deployment-readiness activities, and development of user training materials.
 * Manage workstream deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder decisions while identifying opportunities to improve Oracle Projects processes after go-live.
