Key Requirements * Experience leading and managing multiple agile teams using Scrum/agile methodologies. Must have experience leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing. * Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. * Experience in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project/operational work; and mentoring and developing team members. * Experience directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. * Sufficient technical experience with data management and analytics to provide highly credible leadership to technical teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks, issues, and roadblocks. * Manage team progress and status through JIRA. Demonstrate solid understanding of and experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent. * Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, influence others, and interact with individuals at all levels. Our team is responsible for BI/Analytics, a data lake platform, master data management (MDM), data integration, data conversion, data quality, data architecture, data modeling, data literacy, and data governance.
