Drive value creation through professional and unbiased procurement of indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and alignment with business needs.

Key aspects of the role

Indirect Procurement

 * Act as the link between Procurement and internal departments, understanding their needs

 * Collect, analyze, and prioritize procurement requirements for indirect goods and services

 * Ensure alignment between business needs, budget constraints, and internal policies

 * Lead tendering and sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for indirect goods and services

 * Ensure objective and unbiased decision-making, based on clear criteria (total cost, quality, service, risk)

 * Negotiate commercial and contractual terms

 * Collaborate with Legal on the review of contracts

 * Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers through structured and professional processes

 * Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks (financial, operational, reputational)

 * Develop and execute category management strategies for indirect procurement

 * Analyze spend, market dynamics, and optimization opportunities by category

 * Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, and process improvements

 * Actively contribute to the company's financial and strategic objectives

Artificial intelligence

 * Seguimiento y empuje de los proyectos de finanzas

 * Manage the Travel Agency Tool and its configuration
