## Description

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support a quick service restaurant's International Technology initiatives, including Point-of-Sale (POS) testing, Limited Time Offerings (LTOs), restaurant grand openings, and International Technology Ecosystem (ITE) migration programs.

This role is heavily focused on manual testing and production readiness validation across customer-facing restaurant technologies. The ideal candidate has experience testing POS systems, retail or restaurant technology platforms, mobile ordering experiences, and complex system integrations.

The position will support both day-to-day testing activities and strategic international platform migration initiatives through the end of next year.

Key Responsibilities POS Testing & Release Validation Execute manual testing for Point-of-Sale systems and restaurant technology platforms. Validate menu configurations, pricing updates, promotions, and LTO releases. Support testing efforts for international restaurant launches and grand openings. Perform end-to-end testing of customer ordering experiences and transaction flows. Conduct regression, integration, and release readiness testing. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. International Technology Ecosystem (ITE) Migration Support testing activities related to migration from ServicePoint POS to Oracle POS. Validate integrations between Oracle POS, Transaction Bridge, and domestic backend systems. Execute test scenarios supporting international market migrations. Support user acceptance testing and production deployment activities. Partner with technology teams to ensure successful market rollouts. Test Planning & Coordination Develop and execute test plans and
test cases. Coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders and teams. Provide testing status updates and risk assessments. Ensure adequate testing coverage for releases and deployments. Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders. API & Backend Testing Support API and backend validation activities where needed. Perform testing using tools such as Postman. Validate data movement and system integrations across platforms.
