## Description

* Provide support to pharmacy staff, patients, and provider offices via phone and internal ticketing systems
 * Assist with prescription-related inquiries, status checks, and troubleshooting
 * Perform data entry and update patient or prescription information as needed
 * Communicate professionally with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
 * Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
 * Support general administrative tasks as assigned
