This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platform reliability, supporting finance stakeholders, and leveraging AI to improve how financial systems are used across a global business. You will support our finance systems landscape, which includes platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream and Concur. The role is around 80% support today, but it will evolve over time as we continue to automate support workflows and shift more focus toward enhancements and strategic system improvements. You will be the face of the Finance Systems team for many finance stakeholders, helping translate system-related issues into clear actions, keeping users informed, and ensuring our platforms remain stable, scalable and well-supported.
