* BS or higher from a top-tier academic institution in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
 * Strong software engineering fundamentals
 * Expert-level Python development experience
 * Experience building and deploying AI applications in production
 * Hands-on work with agents, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, RAG, or similar frameworks
 * Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems through technology
 * Ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects from idea to delivery
 * Excellent communication skills
