## About the Role

Typical activities include application deployment and upgrade/patching activities that usually include proper planning, design, build, and test activities; providing user support, troubleshooting and resolving systems issues independently or collaboratively with internal/external teams; providing evidence to support auditing activities; and updating existing or create new processes and procedures for improved quality and efficiency, reduced cost, and improved security; patching Windows operating systems; and so on. **What you need:** + A minimum of two years of IT Experience. + A minimum of one year of demonstrable and recent experience of System Administrator of an on-premise application. + Efficient in using Microsoft Offices (including Word, Excel, and Visio) and proven experience in technical writing. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills + Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make
