* 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Analytics, or related disciplines.
 * 2+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing, Industrial IoT (IoT), Operational Technology (OT), Supply Chain, Logistics, Asset Management, or other operationally intensive environments.
 * Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and architecture reviews.
 * Experience documenting business processes, workflows, requirements, and solution designs.
 * Experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
 * Experience defining data governance, ownership, stewardship, and operating models.
 * Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
