## About the Role

* Strong Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering experience with hands-on ownership of developing and deploying production ML models.

 * Strong Python experience and the ability to build production-quality software, with exposure to technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Kubernetes, and real-time model serving environments.

 * Experience working on recommendation systems, ranking, search, personalization, NLP, deep learning, real-time prediction, or other ML problems where models directly influence production decisions.

 * Experience taking ML systems from development through production, ideally within a startup or high-ownership engineering environment. xrbllit AdTech, streaming, marketplace, auction, or similar experience is a strong plus.
