## About the Role

Belvoir, VA. RESPONSIBILITIES + Performs high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, and documentation of very complex applications that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills. + Directs and participates in all phases of system development, with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E). + Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solutions. + Develops and maintains earth terminal acceptance and equipment test plans. + Supports spectrum supportability requirements for satellite terminal and modem equipment. + Prepares and submits spectrum management data, frequency requests, and host nation approval requests.
QUALIFICATIONS + Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience & Master's degree in related field;Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience & Master's degree in related field; Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience & Master's degree in related field; or + Minimum of 7 years of applicable experience & Bachelor's degree in related field; or + Minimum of 9 years of applicable experience & Bachelor's degree in any field SECURITY CLEARANCE · Active DoD Secret Security Clearance TRAVEL + Some travel required COMPENSATION Systek determines its wages by many factors, including related experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, geographic location, contract labor category and wage rates, and organizational requirements.
