## Description

M9 Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer (Spark/Foundry Workflows) to work remotely in support of a contract for a client located inWashington, DC. Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

 * Develops a deep understanding of platform products and operational processes.
 * Goes on-call, responding quickly and effectively to mission-critical incidents.
 * Diagnoses, resolves, and proactively prevents issues encountered in the field.
 * Collaborates with internal stakeholders to increase the scalability and reliability of data platform workflows for customers.
 * Identifies recurring pain points and inefficiencies, and takes initiative to automate or streamline workflows.
 * Advocates for and implements product enhancements based on insights gleaned from the field.
 * Creates clear, actionable documentation and shares best practices to elevate team and company-wide reliability.
