## About the Role

* Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
 * Extraordinary problem-solving skills dealing with complex distributed deployments.
 * 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring MVC, Spring, Spring Boot, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and configuring web containers.
 * 3+ years of solution design and coding experience with one or more of the following:
 + AWS Cloud environments (DMS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Glue with Scala or Python, RDS such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, etc.)
 + Oracle PL/SQL development
 + Reporting and Analytics platforms such as Snowflake
 * Champion and advocate of Test-Driven Development (TDD), with unit testing experience using frameworks and tools such as Jest and Jasmine.
 * Hands-on experience in container-based development using Docker.
 * Hands-on experience in REST API development.
 * Hands-on experience with application builds and deployments using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, GitHub, etc.
 * Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns.
 * Strategic thinking and critical problem-solving skills.
 * Experience implementing Microservices Architecture and building/deploying highly automated, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure.
 * Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.
