## About the Role

* 10+ years experience in Net Programming-C# .Net, .Net Framework, .Net Programming-VB .Net, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, SQL, ASP.NET Core.
 * AI Agent Framework
 * Experience with AI Assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks, 1. 10 or more years of Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Experience with AI Assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks
 2. Hands-on experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET core, and Web API development
 3. Knowledge of databases such as Sybase Or SQL Server
 4. Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
 5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines
 6. Proficiency in Git version control
 7. Experience with AI Assisted coding using GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Windsurf
 8. Familiarity with MS Agent Framework, Agentic AI solutions, Spec Driven Development is a plus.
 9. Awareness in Angular is a plus

Additional Requirements:

 * Experience with Analyzing cross functional requirements
 * Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI based applications
 * Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture
 * Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
 * Understanding of Agentic AI Evals
 * Experience with healthcare applications and business processes is preferred.
 * Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred
