## About the Role

* 5+ years supporting Lawson HR/Payroll and Infor CloudSuite HCM environments.
 * Functional and technical expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Position Budgeting, and Absence & Time Management.
 * Experience with Infor Landmark and Landmark Pattern Language (LPL).
 * Experience developing Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows.
 * Experience using Configuration Console.
 * Strong SQL and enterprise database experience.
 * Experience with Infor OS and ION integrations.
 * Ability to independently support, troubleshoot, and administer HCM applications.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college program.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Exposure to Infor Data Lake and related analytics tools.
 * Experience creating or maintaining Infor Birst reports.
 * Experience supporting enterprise application integrations.
 * Prior experience in large public-sector, utility, or highly regulated organizations.

## Description

The client is seeking a Systems Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in Infor CloudSuite HCM to support HR and Payroll operations, application administration, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to maintain, enhance, configure, and support HCM applications while following established SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities

 * Analyze, configure, implement, maintain, and support Infor CloudSuite HCM applications.
 * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure application performance and functionality.
 * Support Payroll processing, configuration, troubleshooting, and data correction activities.
 * Maintain and support GHR and Workforce Management configurations.
 * Develop, test, and implement workflows, reports, integrations, and system enhancements.
 * Configure user roles, permissions, and application security.
 * Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide ongoing application administration.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation and follow SDLC methodologies.
