## Description

We're looking for a Site Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting multiple healthcare locations throughout the Omaha area.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with end users and solving technology issues in real time. You'll support clinical and administrative staff, troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems, and serve as a trusted local IT resource across multiple sites.

Reliable transportation is required, as travel between locations will be part of the role.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Provide onsite IT support for clinic and office staff
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and workstation issues
 * Support nurses, physicians, and administrative teams with day-to-day technology needs
 * Resolve support tickets and document solutions appropriately
 * Install, configure, and replace end-user devices and equipment
 * Travel between local facilities to provide technical support when needed
 * Support user onboarding, equipment setup, and general desktop support activities
