## Description

The Test Lead - Manual Testing position is a key role within our team that requires a candidate with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance leadership. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing manual testing activities, coordinating with developers and stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products., * Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases for manual testing.

 * Execute test cases and document test results to ensure thorough test coverage.
 * Lead defect management and triage processes, including root cause analysis.
 * Coordinate testing activities across different testing phases such as functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
 * Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and communicate test results.
 * Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members to ensure successful testing outcomes.
 * Implement and improve quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance overall testing efficiency.
