## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program / Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, supply chain transformations, and global rollouts. The ideal resource should have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, system integrators, project governance, risks, budgets, and delivery timelines across complex enterprise SAP programs., * 12+ years of experience in SAP project/program management and enterprise IT delivery.

 * Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global rollouts.
 * Good understanding of SAP supply chain processes and modules, including EWM, MM, SD, PP, WM, and GTS.
 * Experience managing large-scale SAP programs involving multiple workstreams and integrations.
 * Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
 * Experience in cutover management, data migration, go-live planning, and hypercare.
 * Expertise in RAID management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and governance.
 * Experience managing system integrators, vendors, budgets, timelines, and project dependencies.
 * Familiarity with Jira-based RICEFW tracking and release management.
 * Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * PMP certification.
 * SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
 * Experience in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries.
 * Experience with global deployments, multi-plant rollouts, mergers, and ERP carve-outs.
 * Exposure to regulatory compliance and validated SAP environments.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Master's degree or project management certifications are preferred.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and global rollout projects.
 * Manage SAP supply chain modules, including EWM, MM, SD, PP, WM, and GTS.
 * Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
 * Manage program governance, PMO activities, executive reporting, and steering committee meetings.
 * Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) and drive timely resolution.
 * Oversee data migration, cutover planning, mock cycles, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams, system integrators, vendors, and business stakeholders.
 * Manage RICEFW objects, integrations, dependencies, and release planning using Jira or similar project management tools.
 * Oversee SAP integration activities involving 3PLs, middleware, CRM, and other third-party systems.
 * Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, SOX, and CSV, where required.
 * Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, KPI scorecards, and milestone updates.
 * Manage resource planning, budget tracking, scope changes, and vendor delivery commitments.
 * Lead post-go-live stabilization and ensure minimal business disruption during SAP transformations.
