 * 2+ years of professional work experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred.
 * 2+ years of experience working for a technical consulting organization.
 * Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala, and working with structured and semi-structured data.
 * Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and storage services (S3).
 * Hands-on experience with data orchestration, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
 * Must be authorized to work for any U.S. company without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer now or in the future.

## Description

As part of our team, you will lead and develop industry-leading data analytics solutions for our clients - while working closely with business users and data owners., * Collaborate with data/solution architects, business analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.

 * Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines.
 * Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives.
 * Automate deployments using CI/CD tools.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
 * Contribute to ongoing improvements in architecture, processes, and tooling.
 * Work closely with internal and client teams to align on priorities and timelines.
