## Description

TechAGI Solutions is seeking a Mainframe Operator to support IBM Mainframe operations, monitor IT infrastructure, and coordinate Level 1 incident management. This position requires 100% onsite availability in Oakland County, MI, and flexibility to work the required shifts., * Function as a Level 1 Incident Manager for critical IT incidents and events.

 * Create, escalate, triage, and track technology-related incidents.
 * Monitor infrastructure connectivity, assets, and services using graphical monitoring tools.
 * Monitor IBM Mainframe control consoles and system performance.
 * Assist with reviewing and validating JCL.
 * Collaborate with IT staff, customers, and vendors.
 * Perform assigned deliveries and operational tasks.
