## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in: Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics or related field
 * 5+ years' experience in leveraging technology through continuous improvement initiatives, data collection, process analysis and reporting
 * Able to prioritize commitments, manage time effectively, and work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Experience in collaborating with and/or participation in cross-functional teams
 * Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

 * Experience in a Large-Scale Manufacturing environment
 * ERP experience (Sage100, SAP, Oracle, Business Central); system implementation a plus
 * Project Management (PMP) or related certification
 * APICS certification
 * Lean Six Sigma training or certification

## Description

The ERP Specialist will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and financial data in a manufacturing environment while driving forward process improvement and functional transformation initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience, * Gather operational and financial data (inventory, purchasing, costing) to capture accurate inventory and production costs

 * Lead and manage projects to achieve business goals and facilitate adoption of new processes within the ERP system
 * Translate business processes and requirements into technical solutions within the ERP system or related applications
 * Drive standardization of master data across the organization
 * Collaborate with other functional groups, including Purchasing, Product Development, Production Control, IT and Finance
 * Generate reports to showcase progress and communicate findings to management and the ERP steering committee
