## About the Role

HOW WILL YOU GET HERE? Education: + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience: + 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing test development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: + Expertise in manufacturing test strategy, DFT, structural and functional test development. + Experience with PXI/LXI systems, custom hardware, automation fixtures, and test instrumentation. + Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, or similar. + Knowledge of OrCAD, AutoCAD, FabMaster, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools. + Excellent customer communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and travel up to 50% domestically/internationally WORKING CONDITIONS + Regular business hours.
Some additional hours may be required. + Travel requirements: Domestic and/or Global, up to 50% + Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.

## Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO? + Lead test development projects from concept through deployment. + Architect electrical, mechanical, software, and system-level test solutions. + Develop test quotes, schedules, validation plans, and technical documentation. + Design and support ICT, MDA, Boundary Scan/JTAG, functional, ESS/HASS, and system test solutions. + Develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, Visual Basic, and related tools. + Support DFT analysis, hardware/software debug, validation, installation, and production support. + Partner with project managers and customers to communicate status, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. + Mentor engineers and technicians while leading smaller technical teams. + Ensure compliance with company security policies and engineering standards.
