## About the Role

Qualifications + 7-10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading distributed engineering teams. + Strong experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and modern APIs. + Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise applications and cloud-native architectures. + Strong Azure experience, including services such as AKS, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD. + Experience with microservices, clean architecture, DDD, SOLID principles, performance optimization, and secure development. + Practical experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms. + Experience integrating AI capabilities using platforms such as Azure AI services or OpenAI APIs. + Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish strong engineering practices. + Experience modernizing legacy platforms and improving software delivery through DevOps and Agile

## Description

Responsibilities + Lead multiple teams of C#/.NET and React engineers across North America and India. + Oversee delivery of complex software products and customer-facing applications.Drive modernization from monolithic applications toward scalable, service-oriented architectures. + Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards. + Mentor engineers and managers while building a high-performing engineering culture. + Lead adoption of AI-assisted development tools and AI-enabled product capabilities. + Partner with Product and business stakeholders to define priorities, manage dependencies, and execute roadmaps. + Establish and improve Agile, DevOps, quality, and software delivery processes. + Use engineering and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve team performance. + Manage technical risk, resource planning, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
