## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant business,
operations, technology, or product experience, including at least 5 years in a
Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Agile delivery role\n

 * Experience working in Agile delivery environments and
partnering with technology teams\n

 * Must be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and results
oriented, capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines\n

 * \\Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work
autonomously, and manage multiple requests with varying timelines\n

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.\n

 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and
deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\n

 * Must possess strong written and oral communication skills\n
 * Experience using product management and collaboration tools
such VersionOne, Mural, Aha!, or similar platforms\n

 * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,
others, and personal data.\n

 * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school
equivalency.\n

 * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in
