## Description

Own the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of assigned services or feature areas within the professional discipline. Deliver operational targets with significant impact on departmental results, resolve difficult problems through detailed analysis, and communicate technical information to ensure understanding across partner teams.
The role reports to our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.
Overview of Responsibilities

 * Own the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of assigned ML models and AI-enabled features.
 * Conduct detailed analysis and investigation to translate difficult business questions into data-driven solutions.
 * Design experiments and implement model lifecycle, monitoring, explainability, and rollback practices.
 * Explain technical findings and recommended changes to engineering and business partners and ensure shared understanding.
 * Provide technical guidance and training to associate and intermediate engineers; may delegate work and review work products.
